Gil Rivera, Brooklyn born retired NYC detective, jaded in spirit from a stressful career, reinvented himself by finding balance through art.  Studied at the New York Art Student's League, the Janus Collaborating School of Artand the Woodstock School of Art. He believes that the human body is a directly connected to nature and its forces.
